SpectorSoft has a very generous support policy, which provides for up to
2 support incidents within the first 180 days of purchase, for which
there is No Charge.
For support beyond 180 days, or for more than 2 support incidents, there
is a nominal support fee of $29.95. Technical Support is available via
phone during normal office hours by calling (772) 770-5670.
Support Representatives are available:
> Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
> Saturday-Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
